Unable to submit assessments? No worries! Try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Ensure you have answered & saved all the questions. A blue circle will appear around the question number showing its completion.

  • Some questions require you to choose more than one option, so make sure you select all that apply.
  • Refresh and login again to the platform
