I am unable to join the masterclass. How do I fix this?

If you are encountering an issue in accessing the masterclass, please follow the below steps to fix your issue -:
  • Ensure you are using the updated version of the Chrome browser.
  • Log out of the platform, refresh and log in again from the incognito mode
  • Clear cache and cookies from the browser
  • Turn off any VPN connections
  • Make sure you have a stable working internet connection
