What is a reflective exercise?

Reflective exercises appear as part of the learning journey within a course and are multiple-choice questions that the learner needs to think through and respond to on the basis of their newly acquired learning. This allows a deeper grasp of concepts and frameworks, without being scored or evaluated. The feedback provided on their choices provides them insights into how well they have been able to learn a certain concept, framework, or idea.
