I've finished my courses but I still can’t access my certificate. What do I do?

If you have completed all your assigned courses and masterclasses, but are still unable to download the certificate, then please try the steps given below.

  • Cross-check if you have completed all the mandatory blocks in your program. There will be a green-check mark against the block name, showing its completion
  • Try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser
  • Login via the Incognito window and try downloading the certificate again.
