• I am unable to download the resources. How do I fix this?

  Please clear the cache and cookies from the browser and login into the incognito window and try to download the resources again. If the issue persists, please write to us at assist@upgrad.com.

• I've completed the program! How do I download my certificate and transcript?

  After completing all the courses, you will be able to download both the certificate and transcript. You simply need to click the “Download Certificate and Transcript” tab at the bottom of your main program dashboard.
